This album is amazing from start to finish. I think it might be even more amazing if you've read the Malazan Book of the Fallen series (I'm on book seven), but I don't think it's a prerequisite. You should probably read them anyway.
And buy the album.
I'm desperately awaiting the second outing for this band because I need more!
